Named after committed planners and long-standing members of APA's Planning and the Black Community Division, The Robert A. Catlin/David W. Long Memorial Scholarship is designed to foster an increased interest in the profession of urban planning among African-American students.
PBCD works to actively engage and provide a forum to our members. We also engage our members via networking events, conferences, meetings, and volunteer service days.
